We're thrilled to share that the Digital Learning team at LBS has been recognised with the MERIT Summit Award for Innovation in Higher Education - for the second year running. πŸŽ“πŸŽ‰ This year's award recognises our AI-powered negotiation simulation, created in collaboration with Kathleen O'Connor (she/her), Clinical Professor of Organisational Behaviour; Faculty Director, Executive Education. The tool gives learners a safe space to practise real negotiations, test their instincts, get instant personalised feedback, and learn what works - all at scale. An international panel recognised it as "true innovation in higher education", and we're honoured to be named alongside organisations like Microsoft, Generali and Nespresso. Last year, we were recognised for our AI Storytelling tool - back-to-back wins that reflect our continued commitment to designing learning experiences that make a real difference. Jade Mountain, Director, Strategic Digital Learning Solutions, reflected: "Winning the MERIT Award for Innovation in Higher Education for the second year running is a fantastic recognition of our commitment to pushing the boundaries of digital learning. It's particularly rewarding to see our work recognised by independent experts from across the global learning community, and it reinforces the impact that thoughtfully designed AI solutions can have on leadership development." Congratulations to all involved, and here's to continuing to bring new solutions that take digital learning to the next level. πŸ‘
