So annoying. My employer wants me thinking about work even on weekends… 😄 Jokes aside, it’s a great feeling to see, feel, and touch the real product you help create, even when you’re just a small part of the huge machine that brings these trains to life. Behind it all are amazing people. Some are genuinely passionate about trains (real geeks!), while others never necessarily dreamed of working in rail. What they share is the satisfaction of contributing to something bigger than just a job. Knowing that your work can make someone’s life better and easier, connect friends and families, create economic opportunities in isolated areas, and enable so many other positive outcomes is incredibly rewarding.
