Unpopular opinion : We’re building agentic organizations but are we losing our creativity along the way ? Scrolling LinkedIn or X and I see a large majority of posts uses the same pattern everywhere : “This isn’t about X, it’s about Y.” Ironically, while we talk about AI autonomy and freeing humans from mundane tasks, our thinking seems to start to sound machine-generated. I read the Perplexity CEO’s post about humanity growing from childhood to adulthood in the AI era and how careful we need to be with AI and here’s the thing: if we outsource our thinking to AI responses, we might skip the “human” part entirely.
