We are pleased to announce that Dr. Sadaf Konain Ansari, MBBS, MHPE, has joined the Niazi Journal of Medical & Dental Sciences (NJMDS) as Statistical Editor. Dr. Ansari is an experienced medical educationist and researcher, currently serving as Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Niazi Medical & Dental College, Sargodha. She holds an MBBS and a Master’s in Health Professions Education (MHPE) from Riphah International University, where her research explored the psychological well-being of medical students in relation to academic performance. With past leadership experience as Head of Medical Education Departments at M. Islam Medical & Dental College and Sahara Medical College, Dr. Ansari brings a well-rounded perspective to curriculum development, academic assessment, and faculty development. She has 17 peer-reviewed publications and contributed a book chapter to New Studies in Suicide and Self-Harm (IntechOpen, 2023). She also serves as a peer reviewer for HEC-recognized journals and international editorial platforms. Her research interests span medical ethics, educational leadership, mental health, adult ADHD, and innovative teaching practices. As Statistical Editor, Dr. Ansari brings deep analytical insight to support the journal’s commitment to methodological rigor and academic quality. NJMDS is published under Logixs Journals.
