I just got a distress call from AARF animal shelter in Vasai West, Mumbai. There's heavy rainfall there, and they need to move their 80 dogs in emergency. They don't have power, and they say their cell phone's are dying. I am unable to get through to any animal rescues I know in Mumbai, including Peta. Know anyone in the area who can help?
