Master of the Olympic Lake—it’s LMU again this year! 🥳 At the 15th LMU Dragon Boat Race against Technische Universität München , LMU’s “CALA Lagerfeld” boat took the top spot on the podium and can now call itself the “Master of the Olympic Lake”! And not just once, but twice—they weren’t just the fastest boat, but also the one with the most original costume! 🐲🏁 On the 250-meter course, the teams paddled in unison across the entire Olympic Lake and went full throttle! A total of 24 boats participated—12 from LMU and 12 from TUM. In addition to the three fastest boats in the main race, the three most creative boats, as well as the winners of the student race and the professor race, were also honored! New this year: a race between the university presidents’ boats and the university libraries!
