✨ Wrapping up an amazing week at #ARDD2025 in Copenhagen! The Aging Research & Drug Discovery Meeting once again proved to be The stellar event in #longevity and #agingresearch field. It was a fantastic mix of cutting-edge science, inspiring discussions, and meaningful interactions, from reconnecting with long-term collaborators and partners, to meeting many exciting new ones. 🧬 The scientific program was truly impressive. Here are some of the insights I’m taking home: - The rapid progress of biological #agingclocks and other predictive tools, which are on their way to becoming standard in clinical and translational research. - The exciting discussions at the first-ever Molecular Nutrition Workshop organized by Nestlé, highlighting how nutrition and metabolism can be leveraged to improve #healthspan. It was a fantastic addition to the program (special thanks to Jérôme Feige and Philipp Gut), and I look forward to seeing it return next year in an expanded format. - And importantly, big pharma’s active presence (Novartis, Eli Lilly and Company, Biogen, Novo Nordisk), demonstrates that the field is becoming a mature and credible field, setting the stage for increased collaborations, clinical trials, and the translation of discoveries into real-world therapies 🚀 On our side, we were proud that Nagi Bioscience won 3rd place in the Startup Pitch Competition, meaning we’ll be back next year as a sponsor! A great recognition of our efforts to accelerate drug discovery with #Celegans and the SydLab™ One platform. 👏 Special congratulations to Fivos Borbolis from the Konstantinos Palikaras lab for winning a poster prize with part of the data generated using our platform. A fantastic example of how collaboration pushes the field forward! And last but certainly not least, heartfelt thanks to the organizers —Alex Zhavoronkov, Morten Scheibye-Knudsen, Daniela Bakula, Evelyne Bischof, MD, PhD and the entire team— for creating such a unique and inspiring environment where science, industry, and community truly come together.
