Principal Interior Designer Jenn Chen joined the firm in 2016, and quickly established herself as a champion for integrated design, weaving together architecture, interior design, and sustainability into her design process. She is currently helping explore the workplaces of the future with our clients and within our own office. Her commitment to sustainability led to her being featured on Metropolis Magazine last year for her research on the Embodied Carbon impact of cyclical renovations. Jenn continues to explore what it means to design and how it serves. “As I continue to grow in my career, I’m realizing that being in a leadership position and being a leader are two different things.
