This platform has helped to transform my career..... LinkedIn is a fantastic platform to widen your network and truly connect with like minded professionals who want to connect, learn, share ideas and ways of working. I've created strong relationships with my connections that I would never get to make if I stayed within my own local network. This week I have had 2 meetings with my LI connections. Tamara Lawrence reached out to me and booked 30 minutes to learn about my career over the last 25 years. It was a powerful meeting where we shared our values, development plans and aspirations for the future. I felt totally energised by the meeting. Clare L. booked a meeting this week on the back of our time together last year where we completed The Female Leaders and Entrepreneurs course. Again, it was a 30 minute call which was packed with purposeful conversations, career plans for the future and a commitment to stay in touch and collaborate. Investing and nurturing our network is crucial for all of us and don't hesitate to reach out to your network to truly connect.
