🌈 What is it really like to be LGBTQIA+ in the workplace? This Pride Month, the Livingston Pride ERG set out to answer that question by bringing visibility to the real experiences of LGBTQIA+ employees and the allies who support them. Inspired by a simple idea—that understanding starts with listening—we invited employees to share their stories anonymously and asked colleagues from across the business to read and react to those experiences on camera. Behind every story was a person. Behind every reaction was a moment of understanding. The result is a powerful reminder that every person brings a unique perspective, story, and voice to the workplace. At Livingston, we believe people do their best work when they can show up as they are. When we create space for authenticity, belonging, and understanding, we strengthen our teams, deepen our connections, and create the conditions where innovation can thrive. Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences, volunteered their time, and helped bring this project to life. Because when people feel seen, heard, and valued, amazing things happen. 🌈
