Pressure, change and uncertainty are now part of everyday working life for many people. The challenge is that resilience is often talked about as something people should simply “have”, rather than a skill that can be developed and strengthened over time. Our 𝟭-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 helps people build practical strategies to manage pressure, respond more positively to challenges and strengthen resilience day to day. During the training, participants will learn how to: ✅ Understand what mental resilience is and why it matters ✅ Recognise how mindset and self-talk can affect stress and behaviour ✅ Focus energy on what they can control and influence ✅ Reframe setbacks and challenges more positively ✅ Use practical techniques to build confidence and emotional resilience ✅ Develop daily habits that support resilience and wellbeing ✅ Create a personal action plan they can apply back at work The training can be delivered 𝗶𝗻-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 or 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, depending on what works best for your team.
