Anne brings more than two decades of experience advising global healthcare organizations on complex legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. She joins LivaNova from Hologic, Inc., where she served as General Counsel, leading a global legal organization across commercial, intellectual property, compliance, employment, and litigation. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Pfizer, Inc., and Ropes & Gray LLP. Her experience, leadership, and collaborative approach will be strong assets to the Company.
