The global pathways we’ve built between LIV Golf and the majors are working. Our merit-based system provides clear routes for talented players to compete in the League, The International Series events, and on golf's biggest stages at all four majors—further integrating LIV Golf into the global golf ecosystem and strengthening the game of golf worldwide.  A few highlights of the impact so far in 2026: ⛳ LIV Golf Promotions & The International Series: Players like Björn Hellgren, Scott Vincent, and Richard T. Lee have capitalized on these pathways and joined the League in 2026. Thanks to our partners at the Asian Tour for their continued collaboration in elevating The International Series and providing a premier platform for emerging global talent.  🏆 4Aces GC’s Anthony Kim: After earning his spot through LIV Golf Promotions, Anthony Kim was signed to Dustin Johnson’s 4Aces GC. The same week, he completed his historic comeback to professional golf and won his first-ever LIV Golf title at LIV Golf Adelaide in front of 115,000 fans. 📈 Torque GC Captain Joaquin Niemann: Via his record-breaking five LIV Golf wins in 2025, Joaquin Niemann secured exemptions for the U.S. Open 2026 at Shinnecock Hills. Thanks to his consistent play across the 2026 season and his win at LIV Golf Korea, he also secured the League’s exemption into The 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. His T-7 finish at the U.S. Open has already locked up his return to the U.S. Open for 2027 at Pebble Beach.  🌟 Ripper GC’s Lucas Herbert: After his first individual LIV Golf title at Maaden LIV Golf Virginia, Lucas Herbert moved up to No. 3 in the 2026 LIV Golf Standings and earned a spot in the 2026 U.S. Open field. 🎯 Direct Major Pathways: Crucially, announced earlier this year, starting with the 2026 season, the top 10 finishers at each LIV Golf event earn Official World Golf Ranking Ltd (OWGR) points. This vital change directly and positively impacts our players' ability to qualify for the majors—ensuring these fields include all of the sport's top performers.  🔥 Fireballs GC’s David Puig: Thanks to his consistent play across LIV Golf’s global schedule and his slate of additional international events, David Puig climbed into the top 60 of the Official World Golf Ranking points to secure a spot in the 2026 U.S. Open. A special thank you to the United States Golf Association (USGA) and The R&A for their collaboration and commitment to showcasing the best players in the world at these historic major championships. These successes demonstrate how our structure is identifying top talent and growing the game across the globe. As we build LIV 2.0 and continue integrating into the global golf ecosystem, providing these proven, merit-based pathways remains core to our vision for the future of golf.
