Happy National Luxembourg Day! For the occasion let's look at annual income growth in Luxembourg since 1985 using #LISdata. Rising incomes over time reflect strong economic progress and growing prosperity. At the same time, growth has not been shared equally. The rise in relative poverty shows that, over time, low incomes have grown much slower than median and top incomes. As in many European countries, this highlights both the progress made and the importance of ensuring prosperity is broadly shared.
