Breaking news! Sandvik Ground Support inks deal to establish local U.S. manufacturing joint venture Sandvik has signed an agreement to form a joint venture with Alpha Metallurgical Resources through which it will establish local manufacturing for its Ground Support business in the U.S. market. In addition to the joint venture, in which Sandvik will hold a 51 percent stake and Alpha 49 percent, the setup also includes a long-term exclusive supply agreement with Alpha.
