One of my favorite parts of my job is supporting applicants through the homeownership process. For many families, owning a home is a lifelong dream—something they never thought would be attainable. Getting the chance to walk alongside them on that journey and seeing the joy, excitement, and even tears when they are accepted into our program is something I never take for granted. Moments like those remind me why I love the work that I do. Homeownership is about so much more than a house. It’s about stability, opportunity, and creating a foundation for future generations.
