I’m happy to share that the final chapter of my thesis has been published in Nature Communications! 🎉 In this case–control study, we used overlap propensity score weighting to investigate whether hospitalization for COVID-19 increased the risk of one-year post-acute organ complications, compared to matched non-COVID-19 hospitalized controls. We also explored whether post-acute organ complications among patients hospitalized with COVID-19 were socially patterned.
