We’re happy to welcome Vaishnavi Shinde as Lead Strategic Partner at Liquidnitro Games. Vaishnavi brings a strong background across investments, strategy, partnerships, and business growth, with experience spanning gaming, venture capital, and brand strategy. Over the last few years, she has worked closely with founders, operators, and investors, helping identify growth opportunities, evaluate businesses, and build strategic relationships across fast-moving industries. Before joining Liquidnitro Games, Vaishnavi was part of Jetapult, where she led global investment and strategic initiatives across the gaming sector. During her time there, she played a key role in Jetapult’s first global gaming acquisition, built a sourcing network spanning studios across MENA, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and helped shape conviction frameworks around monetization, scalability, and long-term growth. Earlier in her career, she worked across investment and strategy roles at Spring Marketing Capital, Inflection Point Ventures, and Leo Burnett, building experience across consumer brands, early-stage investments, and strategic storytelling. What stands out about Vaishnavi is her ability to combine analytical thinking with strong relationship-building, understanding not just markets and opportunities, but also the people and teams behind them. She joined Liquidnitro Games drawn by the ambition of the company and the quality of the people building it. The opportunity to work in an environment with clear long-term vision, strong execution, and meaningful industry impact was a strong draw for her. Outside of work, Vaishnavi has always been deeply connected to the water. A national-level swimmer for most of her life, she still spends a significant amount of time swimming and has recently taken up kayaking as well. Glad to have you with us, Vaishnavi.
