We are excited to announce the official release of Liqcreate Bio‑Med Flex on July 13. Liqcreate Bio‑Med Flex is a flexible biocompatible photopolymer resin with a Shore A of 73, developed for medical and biomedical applications that require reliability, controlled flexibility and validated biocompatibility performance. The material can be processed on most resin based 3D printers and is designed to support engineers, researchers and healthcare innovators in creating functional prototypes and medical components. When printed, washed and post cured according to the validated workflow, parts produced with Bio‑Med Flex pass the following biocompatibility tests: - Cytotoxicity (ISO 10993-5) - Sensitization (ISO 10993-10) - Irritation (ISO 10993-23) Printed parts can be disinfected with commonly used disinfectants and can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. This makes Bio‑Med Flex suitable for environments where hygiene, repeatability and material stability are essential.
