Liqcreate Bio-Med Flex is now available! Bio-Med Flex is a flexible biocompatible photopolymer resin designed for medical and biomedical applications that require controlled flexibility, high tear resistance and validated biocompatibility performance. The material delivers a Shore A value of 73, an elongation of up to 250% and a tear strength of 20 to 28 kN/m. This combination provides durable flexibility and stability for functional prototypes and medical components. Bio Med Flex can be processed on most resin based 3D printers. When printed, washed and post cured according to the validated workflow, parts produced with this material pass the following biocompatibility tests: ○  CytotoxicityISO (10993-5:2009) ○  SensitizationISO (10993-10:2021) ○  IrritationISO (10993-23:2021) Printed parts can be disinfected with commonly used disinfectants and can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. This makes the material suitable for environments where hygiene, repeatability and mechanical reliability are essential.
