The making of Film 3374 by @Sebastian Strasser for @Gaiabelgium changed us deeply at Lipstick. We all know the cruelty of the dairy industry. And still, we choose to look away. We tell ourselves it's only a little cheese. A burger here. A little butter in the pan. Something small. Something harmless. But there is nothing small about it. That milk was never ours. It was made by a mother, for her child, a child who was taken from her within hours of being born, so that we could pour what was meant for him into our coffee. She calls for him for days. We've all heard it, if we ever stood close enough to listen. And then we drink, and we forget, and we call it comfort. We are not talking about a product. We are talking about the systematic use of a sentient beeing  that feels fear, that feels love, that grieves. The most gentle and innocent beings we share this earth with, reduced to a supply chain,  because their suffering is quiet, and our convenience is loud. GAIA is not asking you to feel guilty. Guilt is easy, and it changes nothing. We are asking you to stop looking away. To let it be uncomfortable. To let it hurt;  because if it hurts, some part of you already knows the truth. Thank you all who worked so hard on this for your great work. We cried a lot during the making of the film and it was journey that transformed us deeply.
