Vin de France Voulez vous couche avec moi? Vincent Couche. One of my top discoveries I had last year in 2026. Vincent made some organic Champagne. This cuvée is made with some grapes from grape outside Chanpagne but in Chablis area. That’s why it is a Von de France. 65% Pinot Noir 35% Chardonnay. 30% aged in oak barrels. Vintage from 2018 to 2023 Brut Nature. No filtration. No sulfite. Just a pur liquid with refreshing acidity, layers of flavour. With an excellent value for money.
