Lintasarta announces an update to its Board of Directors following the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Based on the AGMS resolutions, Lintasarta has restated its Board of Directors as part of the company’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership and strategic execution. Dr Armand Hermawan CA CPA CMA has been appointed as President Director, alongside Hendra L., Ginandjar Alibasjah, Zulfi Hadi, and Hariyadi Ramelan as Directors. We extend our sincere appreciation to Bayu Hanantasena, who completed his term as President Director for the 2023–2026 period, for his leadership and contributions during a pivotal phase of Lintasarta’s transformation journey.
