He/she will lead the Technical Department across both injection molded- and sewn-products. 📍 Location: Approximately 100 km from Ho Chi Minh City (relocation required) 🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile: - 10+ years of technical experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to injection molded products, textile cut-and-sew processes, RF welding, injection moulded components and metal/plastic integration. - 3+ years in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial technical role with the team size around 5 people - Solid experience in handling drawings, specifications, BOM, routing, patterns, materials, samples, process standards, tooling / mold topics, technical validation, and production handover. - Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
