Our 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐊 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 brought together teams from across our business to connect, reflect and focus on what matters most. Through leadership insights, an experiential chocolate masterclass, plus an inspiring keynote, and an interactive workshop with Damian Hughes, we explored how we can be the 'Lindt Difference', not only through our chocolate and chocolate mastery, but by living our 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 and each taking personal responsibility for driving a high-performing team culture. It was also a great reminder of the importance of taking time to connect, reflect and collaborate as one team.
