We are looking for someone who has personally taken a consumer mobile app from early traction to meaningful scale and is ready to do it again. Some of what we are looking for: - 6+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or consumer user acquisition - Hands-on paid media experience across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google - A track record of owning growth metrics and materially moving them - Technically fluent: able to instrument tracking, write basic queries, and work in a codebase without leaning on engineering - Experience with attribution tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Branch, or Amplitude - Energized by building from scratch as an individual contributor This role comes with meaningful early-stage equity, a competitive salary, and direct access to the founding team!
