Project Update: 📍 Klett-Areal, Stuttgart At Stuttgart's Feuersee, we're currently transforming the partially listed Headquarters of the Klett Gruppe – a project forming part of IBA´27. By early 2027, a sustainable urban quarter will emerge here, bringing together heritage conservation and future-ready workspaces. What makes it special: this is Germany's first existing-building project delivered through Integrated Project Delivery (#IPD) with a multi-party contract – in close collaboration with Gottlob-Rommel, BFM Architekten and pbs Ingenieure. Our contribution to the project: ➡️ sustainable materials: hempcrete blocks (CO₂-binding), reclaimed bricks, refurbished LOOP prime raised floors with up to 72.2% CO₂ savings ➡️ energy-efficient #facade refurbishment: new glazing, 160 lm of upgraded spandrels, bespoke opening vents with integrated planters ➡️ MEP & interior fit-out from a single source: full panel and glass partition systems, low-tech principles, heat pump radiators, photovoltaics ➡️ #Lean Construction with Metronom: centralised coordination across all trades and full transparency throughout The interior fit-out is well underway and the façade design is finalised – we're looking forward to the next milestones. 👉 More about the project: https://lnkd.in/e46f8g7Z   #constructionsite #KLETT #Berlin #fitout | Lindner Building Envelope
