We are excited to share that two of our trainees arrived in Charlotte, NC at our subsidiary, American DORNIER Machinery Corporation last weekend for a five‑week exchange program. Stepping outside their comfort zone will help them build confidence, broaden their perspective, and experience new approaches to teamwork and problem‑solving. International experience is an essential component in preparing our next generation of talent. The insights they gain abroad will strengthen cross‑cultural collaboration and support our continued growth as a globally connected company.
