This summer, 104 eager interns from nine locations across the country came together for one unforgettable experience: the Lincoln Financial 2026 Internship Development Program Summit. Over two action-packed days at The Radnor Hotel, our interns heard from executive leaders (including our Chairman, President and CEO, Ellen Cooper), explored the future of AI, found out what it takes to build a winning team from former Philadelphia Eagles player, Connor Barwin, and sharpened the leadership skills they'll carry throughout their future careers.
