We had a blast at the Brussels Bar Show 🍸 A huge thank you to our amazing stand partner Bar Partout, and especially Koen Cottenie and Tom Timmerman for the great collaboration and energy throughout the event. Shoutout as well to our fantastic Lightspeed team on the ground, Henri Decock, Henri Fieuw and Estée Laureys 🫶 One of the highlights was the inspiring panel led by Femke Vandevelde about “Why the bar belongs at the table”, bringing together three pillars of gastronomy: Nick Bril (The Jane), Naomi Hauspie (Commotie) and Robbe Dupon (Cocktails & Talks). It was a fascinating conversation on where bar and kitchen meet and why bartending plays a key role in the future of gastronomy. From craftsmanship to innovation, it was great to see the industry come together. Until next time, Brussels !
