What happens when you realise your fiber interrogator using integrated photonics? You get a readout system immune to electromagnetic interference, free from signal degradation, and precise enough to detect temperature shifts to 0.0001°C. Amazec Photonics' PIC-based interrogator uses spectrometry and interferometry to measure wavelength shifts in fiber optic sensors, enabling repeated Indicator Dilution Curve measurements that extract more diagnostic data than previously feasible. LIGENTEC's photonic chips sit at the heart of this readout system.
