Two LIGENTEC engineers. Two talks. The opening act of a packed June conference season. At ePIXfab's High-Speed Optical Modulators Workshop in Ghent (11–12 June), Xin Guo, Application Engineer, presents on heterogeneous integration of Thin Film Lithium Niobate and lithium tantalate on SiN and SOI. Forrest Valdez, Design Engineer, follows with the design engineering perspective: high-bandwidth and ring-assisted Mach-Zehnder modulators on TFLN/TFLT-on-SiN platforms. Ghent is the first stop.
