Our 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀+ 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 brought Emma's senior leaders together from across the globe for two days of connection, alignment, and shared momentum.   We celebrated how far we've come as a company; the milestones, the wins, the things we built together. Then we shifted our sights forward, aligning on what we're taking on next as a maturing scale-up, on the path to becoming the 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.    And it wasn't just work.
