𝗔 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Mafalda Cunha, 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 🧡   Based in Lisbon - but this one's coming to you straight from our 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, where Mafalda is visiting her colleagues thanks to Emma's Easy Global programe.   In 5 years at Emma, she's grown across teams and departments before landing in Trade Marketing, where she leads the co-marketing campaigns and partner programes that drive Emma's presence in the market. Her day involves mentoring her team, running joint activations with retailers and marketplaces, managing Emma's branded displays in partner stores and trade shows, and the behind-the-scenes alignment with sales and product that makes it all land.   Between Black Friday prep and campaign briefs, there's coffee and yoga.
