A little more wonder. A lot less worry. There is something powerful about the way children see the world. They ask questions without worrying if they should already know the answer. They imagine without first listing everything that could go wrong. They fall over, get back up and keep going. Somewhere along the way, many adults begin to trade curiosity for caution. We overthink. We second-guess. We wait for certainty. We talk ourselves out of possibilities before we have even explored them. Of course, life brings responsibility. Experience matters. But perhaps growth also asks us to stay open. Open to new ideas. Open to different ways of thinking. Open to the possibility that the next chapter does not have to look like the last one. A little more wonder does not mean ignoring reality. It means choosing not to let worry be the thing that leads every decision. Sometimes the magic is still there.
