A lot of people don’t move forward because they are waiting for the conditions to be right. Enough time. Enough confidence. Enough knowledge. Enough certainty. Enough money. But waiting for everything to line up can quietly become the reason nothing changes. When Colin and Christine first looked at building an online business 17 years ago, one of the very real reasons they nearly didn’t begin was money. At the time, they were coming through bankruptcy and had very little stability around them. It would have been easy to say, “Not now.” But that same concern also forced them to look at the bigger picture. If nothing changed, nothing was likely to change. So the very reason they nearly stopped became one of the reasons they made the decision to begin. And it is not always about money. The person who says they are too busy may be the one who most needs a better use of their time. The person who says they are too old may have years of experience that others do not have. The person who says they lack confidence may simply need a clear process to follow. The person who says they do not know enough may be ready to learn. Not every hesitation is a final answer. Sometimes hesitation is simply a sign that the decision matters. Perfect conditions rarely come first. Decision usually does.
