A Career Growth Story 🌱 Kaci Bays is one of our dedicated individuals who has found in Life Care more than a job. She has found a place to grow and flourish as a professional. 👩‍⚕️ Kaci started out as a Nursing Assistant at Life Care Center of Greeneville, TN. Throughout her journey, she has served in nearly every nursing role within the facility. She earned her CNA license and provided direct patient care before returning to school to become an LPN and later an RN. She has served as a Unit Manager, Wound Care Nurse, and Assistant Director of Nursing. Most recently, she was promoted to Director of Nursing.
