Family, pizza, and a peek into where the magic happens! Our Dublin office recently welcomed over 100 guests for our family day, and the energy was incredible. For our team, it was a chance to show their families the place where they spend their days and introduce them to the people they work alongside. For the families? It was a real glimpse into what makes Okta tick. We believe that our best people do not succeed in isolation. They thrive because of who is in their corner—whether that is colleagues, friends, or family. Watching kids explore the office and realise their parent’s workplace is actually pretty cool was the real win. From vintage arcade gaming and a pool tournament to getting a head start on the future in our Okta Secures AI information room, there was something for every generation. A week later, the team is still talking about the scavenger hunt and the pick n mix station. That sense of belonging matters.
