Over the past year, I had the opportunity to deepen and broaden my HR perspective through the Executive Masterclass in Strategic HR at Antwerp Management School. 10 class days, 8 inspiring peers, 1 paper and presentation and countless models later… I’m left feeling both grateful and slightly nostalgic as this journey comes to an end. A heartfelt thank you to Ans De Vos, Lieven Van Nieuwenhuyze, Peggy De Prins, Geert Scheipers, Katleen Jacobs, Jan Laurijssen, Seth Maenen, Laurens Polfliet and Alain Molinard for stretching perspectives and shaping a future‑oriented view on HR. Special appreciation to Lou Van Beirendonck for the guidance, energy, and continuous stream of insights that kept us thinking beyond the classroom. Your stream of papers, articles and visuals is highly appreciated! “Feedback is a gift” truly came to life on our final day. Thank you Hildegard Hermans and Kurt Van Raemdonck for sharing yours so thoughtfully. And finally, a big shout-out to Ilse Straetman and Alyssia Van Hemelrijk, my partners in crime for our group project. As we explored together, when AI reshapes work, the real challenge for organizations is not technology, but the redefinition of human value. And that’s exactly where HR must step forward.
