#TechTuesday ☀️🤖 Sunshine is pleasant for us, but for many machine vision systems, it’s a real challenge. Direct sunlight, reflections, and changing lighting conditions can make it difficult to reliably detect components and can disrupt processes. Our bin-picking solution remains largely unaffected by these factors: Thanks to a combination of intelligent image processing, robust software, and precise robotics, components are reliably detected, located, and picked even under demanding environmental conditions. The result: stable processes, high detection rates, and reliable automation, even when the sun is at its brightest.
