To get into the spirit of the Dragon Boat Festival, our colleagues in Shanghai came together for a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness session and hands-on aromatherapy sachet workshop. 🐉🚣‍♂️ The team had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Wu Chunxin, Attending Physician from the Preventative Medicine Department of Shanghai TCM Hospital, who shared practical insights into common health challenges faced by office workers and approaches to supporting overall wellbeing. 🙌 Our colleagues also learnt more about traditional Chinese herbs and crafted their own sachets, combining cultural tradition with a focus on wellness. ✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of learning, cultural appreciation and wellbeing! #DragonBoatFestival #Culture #Wellness #teamlidl
