Dana-Celine Wagner, Junior Consultant Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Lidl International, joined #teamlidl straight after her Bachelor's degree in 2024. Today, she's responsible for the very thing she experienced herself: making every new starter feel at home from day one. 🎓 From the mentorship program and onboarding journeys to Lidl Insights and international projects, Dana-Celine shapes her colleagues' first 100 days at Lidl – the chapter that often defines a whole career: "There's nothing better than witnessing the energy, excitement and motivation in the room of people on their first day here." This passion is driven by her own mindset: "Both inside and outside of work, my goal is to never stand still. I thrive in environments where I am both challenged and supported, and I always want to see, absorb, learn, and experience as much as possible." For her, this journey is all about the community she creates along the way: "The work is only as good as the people around you.
