"Working in the Head Office of a different country made me see the full picture and understand how it all connects." Luke Kirwan, Project Manager at Lidl France, has been part of #teamlidl since 2022. After three years as a Store Manager at Lidl GB in London, he joined the Lidl International Job Rotation Program in Paris. 🇫🇷 Now, Luke manages projects spanning store operations, international relations, and communication tools, while acting as the central link between France and Lidl International. What stood out to him most about the work culture? "The way people bond during lunch breaks and outside of work is incredible. It creates a supportive atmosphere that makes our daily collaboration feel both personal and cohesive." A three-month language course gave him the foundation to settle in before his role started. He also took time to discover the iconic Parisian sights around and enjoy the local pastry scene. ❤️💙💛 His advice for anyone considering the program: "Stay positive, be brave and use the support of those around you.
