"There's nothing you can't accomplish with the right mindset and support." Denise Migliorati, Portfolio Management Consultant at Lidl International, has been part of #teamlidl for five years. After progressing from Junior Consultant to Consultant at Lidl Italia, she joined the Job Rotation Program in Germany. 🇩🇪 Now, reviewing real estate properties across Europe for potential new stores, no day looks the same: from snowy sites in the north to coastal locations in the south, directly from her desk in Germany. Denise arrived with just a few German words. On her first day, surrounded by German-speaking colleagues, she wondered if she could handle working in a language completely new to her. Today, she feels much more confident speaking German rather than English. "My team made my experience so beautiful. Their patience and support are the reason I've always felt comfortable despite the initial language barrier!" In her team, she introduced Pizza Fridays to share her culture and feel even more at home. ❤️💙💛 Whether wandering through local parks, exploring vineyards, or hiking in the Black Forest, she loves discovering Germany's diverse landscapes with her dog and new friends.
