Christos Parnavelas, Senior Consultant Employee Experience at Lidl International, has been part of #teamlidl for 11.5 years. After more than a decade at Lidl Hellas in Greece and Cyprus, he joined the Lidl International Job Rotation Program in Germany. 🇩🇪 Now working on global employee experience and culture initiatives spanning 30+ countries, the program helped him discover new sides of Lidl: "It shifted my professional perspective and gave me a much broader outlook on the future of our organization." Having lived and studied in Germany, the country and language were already familiar to him, but the uncertainty of starting over after so many years was new. However, he quickly found his footing: "What makes our team truly special is the vibrant, international culture we share beyond our daily global projects. Combined with clear goals and a continuous exchange with all Lidl countries, this supportive environment gives me a genuine sense of belonging."
