Aiden Fleming, Warehouse Manager at Lidl in Deutschland, has been part of #teamlidl for 12 years. After he built his career at Lidl Ireland, where he served as Sales Operations Manager, Head of Supply Chain, and ultimately Director of Supply Chain, he recently joined the Lidl International Job Rotation Program in Hamburg. 🇩🇪 Now embedded in our warehouse in northern Germany, Aiden is reviewing goods-in and dispatch processes from the ground up, driving KPI performance. He found the depth of expertise around him extremely valuable. In a market with decades of experience, teams operate with a sharp, calm confidence and a healthy work-life balance. Despite being fluent in three languages, Aiden quickly realized that German wouldn't come as naturally as he had expected.
