You can’t Zoom this feeling. After six years, a pandemic, and more than one global crisis - being back, in person, felt different. The good kind of different. ☕ Real Italian coffee- and as someone who drinks way too much of it, I can tell you: this was the real deal 🍕 Pizza made with pure skill - you’ll see what I mean in the attached video 👥 And most of all: people. Real conversations. Real collaboration. Real connection. For me, this was the live version of the Cross-Cultural Management course I’m taking at the Technion MBA. 👩‍🎓 No slides. No case studies. Just the real thing. Live pressure, actual outcomes. At the heart of it all? My team. The people who turned vision into experience, and did it with care, excellence, and more than a little bit of magic. Even if most of you weren’t there physically - you were in every detail. Huge thanks to everyone who made this happen! Dan Barel Tom Shelach Ayelet Gendler Nadin Malamud Raz Shelach Ella Tamir Ronit Ben Simon Ruth M. Feldbruegge Matthew Wallis (And for all of you non-LinkedIn people: yes, you were very much part of this too) #Agritechnica2025 #Teamwork #GlobalMarketing #CrossCulturalManagement #RealConnections #Gratitude #TamaCE
