Account Executive @ Uber | ERG City Chapter Lead Black@Uber | Sales Enablement Champion
Celebrating my first “Uberversary” 🎉 One year in at Uber, and the biggest shift hasn’t been what I do — it’s how I think. Working in Sales in Berlin has fundamentally changed how I approach ownership, pace, and decision-making in a global business environment. My work sits at the intersection of Sales execution, merchant growth, and enablement — both through my core role and through additional responsibilities I’ve been trusted with along the way. A highlight this year was visiting the Kenya office and connecting with colleagues there. What stood out was the openness in how ideas are exchanged and developed, and the consistency of drive across very different market environments. It reinforced how global the Uber mission really is. #oneuber Beyond my core role, I was invited by Paul Michalitsch to become a Chapter Lead for Black@Uber, and I joined the Sales Enablement Champions program, working closely with Katharina Kunsch and Kim Banerjee on improving merchant onboarding and strengthening how we enable long-term business growth on the platform. What I’ve learned most is how much mindset matters in driving outcomes. A big part of my role is encouraging merchants to believe in what’s possible for their business — and then translating that into real, scalable growth on the platform. This connection between approach, execution, and outcomes is what makes the work most meaningful to me. More than anything, I’ve become deeply invested in Uber’s mission and the scale at which we operate across markets. A sincere thank you to Paul J. Heisig, Ciara Mac Gowan, Tim Rößling, Christian Bartsch, Dominik Jeremic and Anna Alongi for their continued support, trust, and encouragement to take on more responsibility, #buildwithheart and grow into my full potential at Uber. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with you all. Proud of the first year. Looking forward to what’s next.
