“Help is on the way” – the quote made famous by the legend that was Robin Williams as Mrs Doubtfire, now my Daughter loves that film and was watching it recently and still to this day I laugh at that scene 🤣, now today I feel myself saying “Help is on the way” but in a completely different situation … I for one am not running across a restaurant and hurdling tables to give the Heimlich Manoeuvre to Pierce Brosnan 🏃‍♂️ however a broker did turn to me today with a case which had been rejected for 3 different reasons with three different lenders and was on the verge of giving up. ❌❌❌ We booked a call in discussed the case in detail and for us at Zephyr Homeloans yes admittedly quite a different case than we usually see but not one that we cannot do, there would be a lot of additional documentation that could be requested however after listening to the broker start the call with no real hope of placing this case to then seeing that “Help is on the way” in the form of the Zephyr Team was such a great moment. ✔️ At Zephyr we will look at any case you have prior to submission to confirm it fits our criteria and we encourage brokers to contact the team directly to discuss them, so dont have any 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐭...
