Curious Human | Creative Strategist | Designer of Programs, Learning Processes & Evaluations | Facilitator
We're hiring three roles on the Impact team at Food4Education, and I'm excited about every one of them! Food 4 Education serves 600,000+ children hot meals every school day in Kenya and are on a mission to scale that to 1 million by 2027 and 3 million across Africa through technical assistance to governments and school feeding implementers by 2030. The Impact team builds our capacity to learn — coaching field teams to collect rigorous data, partnering with support teams to warehouse and structure it, and critically observing the ripple effects of our work in local economies, schools, jobs, and nutrition. We feed that into our programme, strategy, policy advocacy, and the global evidence base for school feeding — the world's largest social safety net. All three roles are based in Nairobi/Ruiru with some travel around Kenya: ➡️ Manager, Impact Systems & Quality — owns project management and delivery across our four Impact workstreams, coaches the associate team, and provides a strong first layer of technical and quality review. A consulting background would land well here. https://lnkd.in/dbn6nnHN ➡️ Senior Associate, Insights, Learning & Reporting — turns our data into decisions. Leads reports, dashboards, and learning briefs, and tracks recommendations through to adoption. For a creative storyteller who can make complex evidence land simply without sacrificing the truth. https://lnkd.in/dKsm3hrF ➡️ Intern, Measurement Systems & Field Data Quality — a 6-month learning role across tool design, data QA, field training, and analysis. Strong interns grow into Associate roles. For a curious, methodical, early-career M&E or data person. https://lnkd.in/dekAXDyd If you've worked in MEL, strategy consulting, and/or applied research and like what we do - please apply! If it's not the right fit, please repost or share within your network. We hire well largely because of who gets forwarded our way! Thank you.
